      An engineer screens the part against the current process envelope, size, alloy, geometry, volume.

      If it fits, we scope a paid feasibility study: manufacturing architecture, build sequence, preliminary cost model.

      For qualification programs, we propose a first-article and test plan written to your specification up front.
